The Sydney Bachata Festival is proud to present the ONLY Bachata Concert in Australia. For 2012, we are proud to announce, all the way from NEW YORK, the famous Bachata singer: DOMENIC MARTE!

DOMENIC MARTE, the newest member on JN Records and CEO of DBR Records will be exploding again into the world of Latin Music with his third album “AQUI ESTOY YO”, DOMENIC MARTE, born in the out skirts of Massachusetts, is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent with the capacity to interpret and perform outside the sometimes confirming realms and speculations set forth by specific musical genres flowing from these two Caribbean wonderlands as he cleverly fuses rhythms, sound and talent effortlessly in his latest single & new production, “El Horoscopo” from his new album “Aqui Estoy Yo” on J&N Records.

DOMENIC is not only multi-talented, but a man with a bright future ahead. Of the 13 songs that cohabit in his last album Deseos De Amarte, six were written by him. He not only wrote but majestically co produced three of the tracks, That alone makes quite a statement as to the many hats DOMENIC is capable of wearing; artist, producer and song writer. [R&B singer, Alicia Keys is among the few who were able to achieve this goal on a debut album].

2 of the album tracks is performed in English while the remainder of the album is in Spanish with 1 being in Spanish R&B Pop. The album consists of a variety of musical styles from Latin Pop and Bachata to some smoothed out R&B.
The first single, “EL Horoscopo” is sizzling in every sense of the word; a modern day Bachata, spiced with Latin emotion, passion, style and flavor, produced by GIO and brilliantly written by Domenic Marte, but it’s DOMENIC’s soulful sense of interpretation that makes the song sultry and alive.

“El Horoscopo”, is already making an impact as it raises to a higher rotation on National Latin radio stations including La Mega in NYC where the single is already starting to take off in the North East and making is way across the United States & abroad.
 Horoscopo reached Number 10 with a bullet on the Billboard Tropical Charts. The Music Video for “El Horoscopo” is already getting plenty of hits on Youtube and already added on a couple of video shows. Once displayed Domenic Marte or D’Marte as friends call him will certainly share some memorable musical moments in his climb on the charts once again. His talent has given him the opportunity to share the stage as a backup singer to such mega divas as THALIA and appearances in music videos with JENNIFER LOPEZ.

DOMENIC or D’MARTE, whichever you prefer, will prove to have the innovative strength and youthful energy to revitalize that special spark of the Latin lover as he sets out to conquer the world and capture the hearts of a new generation of Latin music lovers.
