Promoters Program
Become an official promoter of the Sydney Bachata Festival!
Do you have access to a big community through your dance school or events? Join the list of official Sydney Bachata Festival promoters. By joining the Official Promoters group, you can sell FULL Passes for the Festival, earn yourself a commission and gain expousure!
- The promoters program starts on the 2nd early bird (15 of Feb)
- As an official promoter, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting all payments.
- Making payments before end of the month and price change.
- Keeping a spreadsheet of members on their group to coincide with our records.
- The price of the Full Passes will be according to the ticket schedule
- until 28 of March – Second Early Bird – $249
- from 29 of March – Regular Price – $279
- You must transfer the money 1 week prior to the festival, OR prior the end of the early bird promotion (27 of March)
- Promoters receive $25 for each ticket sold
- Your school name or event name will be promoted throughout the SIBF Network
Terms and Conditions:
- This policy is effective for all Group Bookings made from 15 Feb 2011.
- You must begin with a minimum of 5 bookings to earn your commissions.
- The Sydney International Bachata Festival will only deal with the Group Organiser (Official Promoter).
- No tickets are refundable once paid unless event is cancelled or date moved.
- All commission will be agreed beforehand by both parties.
